Join Beltway Bears at Brother, Help Thyself's 34th Annual Grants Reception & Awards Ceremony this Sat. Jan. 28 at Remingtons, 639 Pennsylvania Ave. SE  at 2:00 pm. All are invited to this event, where Beltway Bears' officers will help present grant awards to worthy local LGBTQ non-profits. Entertainment includes Shaquita Damita Alaze, DC's Different Drummers' Mad Hatters, Gay Mens Chorus of Washington's Potomac Fever Ensemble, Tom Goss, The Imperial Court of Washington, D.C. (Hope B. Childs, Coco B. Bottoms, & Shelby Blake Stephyns). No cover charge & refreshments will be served. Cash bar.

We Vision a safe, joyous collection of bears, cubs and admirers, enjoying good companionship and activities, fulfilling a significant role in the larger GLBTQI community, and reveling in acceptance from the general population of the National Capital Beltway area.

When: 1st Wednesday of the Month
Where: DC Eagle, 639 New York Ave, NW
           (usually on the 2nd floor)
When: 7 PM - 9 PM
